1 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp maple syrup (or as required to taste)
1 avocado, skin and stone removed
160g coconut cream
20g desiccated coconut
Blend together the avocado, coconut cream, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Place mixture into serving glasses and top with the desiccated coconut.
Chill in the fridge overnight or minimum 2 hours.
