Chocolate Mousse

  •     1 tbsp cocoa powder
  •     4 tbsp maple syrup (or as required to taste)
  •     1 avocado, skin and stone removed
  •     160g coconut cream
  •     20g desiccated coconut




  1.     Blend together the avocado, coconut cream, maple syrup and cocoa powder in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2.     Place mixture into serving glasses and top with the desiccated coconut.
  3.     Chill in the fridge overnight or minimum 2 hours.
